This website is operated by Acadalytics ("we"). You can contact us about this notice through the inquiry form.

Data you send through the inquiry form

If you submit the form, we receive:

• your name and work email address;
• optionally, your organization, role or organization type, and preferred timeline;
• the service you are interested in;
• the project summary you write.

We use these details to read your inquiry, reply to you, and assess whether we can help. The form does not accept file uploads. Please do not include confidential participant data, credentials, or other sensitive information in it.

The message is sent to us by email from the website's server. We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement and meet our obligations.

Spam protection

To limit abuse, the form server briefly keeps a hashed form of your IP address with timestamps so it can limit repeated submissions. The form also includes a hidden field and a timing check that people never see. We do not use third-party CAPTCHA services.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used, but only if you accept analytics in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded.

When enabled, analytics records page views, clicks on our contact buttons (by location on the page), and a count of successful inquiry submissions. It never receives your name, email address, or the content of your inquiry. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with the "Analytics settings" link in the footer.

Cookies and local storage

The website does not set cookies of its own. It stores your analytics choice in local storage. If you accept analytics, Google may set cookies as described in its documentation.

Hosting and server logs

Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser details in server logs for security and operation of the site.

Fonts and external links

Fonts are served from this website. Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to make a request.
